Frequently Asked Questions
Need quick answers about our 3D printing services? Start here.
🕒 What is your lead time?
Most small jobs are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on print size, material, and current queue. Large or complex items may take longer — we’ll confirm when you request a quote.
🔧 What types of filament/materials do you use?
We commonly use the following materials:
ABS (on request) – For high-strength parts, but limited due to fumes
PLA – Great for general-purpose items and food-safe prints
PETG – Durable and heat-resistant, ideal for mechanical parts
TPU – Flexible material, used for grips, cases, or rubbery parts
🧩 Do you offer CAD design or help with 3D modeling?
Yes. If you don’t have a 3D model, we can help create simple shapes, name tags, cookie cutters, or basic mechanical parts. For complex designs, we charge a small modeling fee. Let us know your idea and we’ll quote accordingly.
📦 What is your minimum order size?
There’s no minimum order — we’re happy to print one-off items. However, for multiple items or batch jobs, we offer volume discounts.
